Members of ACE held an event on November 19th and 20th, 2005 at Ernest’s home in Dahlonega, Georgia. Ernest is a friend of Willy Loewer’s and is an avid RC vehicle fan. He let ACE utilize his land for the purpose of conducting our RC tank event. On his land, there was a battlefield setup with distances over 300’ which has hills, valleys, and a stream with bridges for the conduct of intense large scale multi-team battles not conducted anywhere else with RC tank battles. Additionally, other items and vehicles such as trucks were incorporated for the various battle and non-battle events. There is a workshop that will provide the adequate power needs for a large numbers of people. Dalhonega is located about an hour northeast of Atlanta. VMMV Open House June 3rd, 2006
ACE was in attendance this year at the VMMV ( Virginia Museum of Military Vehicles ).
We had a tent setup to display our full function tanks used in our club and some diorama pieces
used on the battle field where we do our battles. For photos of this event, click on the
